What is Hoverdrome?

Hoverdrome is the latest addition to the Unioverse gaming platform, inspired by popular titles like Mario Kart and Rocket League. The game offers a fast-paced experience that challenges players in both racing and combat.

“Hoverdrome is an exhilarating addition to the Unioverse, combining the best elements of racing and competitive action,” said Tony Harman, Founder and CEO of Random Games, the company behind the Unioverse. “We are thrilled to share this pre-alpha version with our community and look forward to their feedback.”

A unique feature of Hoverdrome is its use of interoperable NFTs, which allow players to use their digital assets across multiple games within the Unioverse ecosystem. Currently, the game is available in a pre-alpha version for Windows PC users.

Who is Tor Gret?

Tor Gret is the third hero introduced by Unioverse, following the earlier releases of Krishah and Reyu, and has quickly become the most valued NFT in the Unioverse collection.

On August 6, 5,000 units of this NFT were minted in partnership with Magic Eden. Owning a Tor Gret NFT grants immediate access to Unioverse games, exclusive ecosystem benefits, and priority access to significant events, with additional perks for those holding ‘Epic’ or ‘Legendary’ versions.

“Tor Gret is a game-changer in the Unioverse, not just as a character but what he brings to our community,” said Harman. “The minting event was a major step forward for us, and we are excited to see how our players will use and appreciate this unique hero.”

“The integration of $USDC, $UNIO prizes and free-to-enter tournaments highlight our commitment to delivering value to our community,” said Wyeth Ridgway, Founder and CTO of Random Games.
